I've had a horrible week with the sudden loss of my father, but I had to stop & take a moment to share a 100 STAR review of care I received from Rick & Tiffany Dobbins of Al Crouse & Associates. Going through my mail the day after losing my father, I open my bill from BCBS & literally almost had a heart attack myself! It had gone up by over $600! I immediately reached out to BCBS who wasted no time in placing the blame on Rick. In haste, stress, & frustration, I sent Rick a not-so-nice email fusing him for what BCBS had told me. Now, after sending the email & having time to regain my thoughts, I started thinking that Rick couldn't be to blame for this immense error because it truly made not sense at all. Regardless, Rick & Tiffany both reached out to me & they too, were in disbelief of the error that had been made! Tiffany asked me to come by yesterday, so that we could sit down & make some calls together to get to the bottom of this. Now, keep in mind, Al Crouse was one of my most favorite people. He always took care of me in regards to my health insurance needs bc he knew I was a struggling single mother who needed all the help she could get! I had never met Rick or Tiffany until yesterday. As we were all speaking on the phone with Healthcare.gov, the very hateful "supervisor" we were given, basically called us liars & at that moment, Rick sprung into action! He never raised his voice, never cursed, but you could tell he meant business & he knew what he was talking about. I literally saw Al in his amazing nephew! The way Rick & Tiffany took care of me, advocated for me, protected me towards a system that I knew very little about, was beyond heartwarming. It honestly brought tears to my eyes. Rick & Tiffany did not know me, but they cared about me. The same way Al cared about all of his clients. It wasn't about advocating for the insurance company, it was about advocating for their client. I now consider Rick & Tiffany, not only my health insurance agents, but my friends. They went above & beyond & even stayed after hours to finish my case up so that I would have a Feb. 1st effective date. There is more, but I've typed enough! You WILL NOT find anyone who will make you a priority like Rick & Tiffany Dobbins with Al Crouse & Associates. Al was with us yesterday & I can say without a doubt, was extremely PROUD of his nephew. Give them a try & you'll never have to look any further.
