Wonderful company and especially the Agent Roland Calvo. He really knows what he is doing. He is 100% professional and got me the best deal I could find. Oh and I did my research, I spoke with 5 other insurance companies before I spoke with him. If I could give him 10 Stars I definitely would. Hello. I just had a very nice e conversation with Ruth. I have been calling around and have received many many calls from insurance brokers as well as agents. I gave myself 2 days to make a decision. I finally met Ruth (by phone) with Aims insurance who hooked me up with National General which is who I finally decided to go with. Ruth though was wonderful. She was very professional and friendly and was a wonderful customer service representative. I actually asked her name because quite frankly I will be contacting her to make an upgrade in the next 3 weeks I believe that she should be commended for her great customer service.

Today I had a problem with my Infinity insurance policy, I guess my broker took it off of automatic payment 🙄 very unprofessional and her name is Gada.
BUT luckily an awesome human named Breese or Reece helped me out and got down to the bottom of the situation and told me what was going on PLUS put it back in Auto payment. Aims did an awesome job with insuring both my cars . Excellent Customer Service ...answered all the questions I had...helped me with my DMV needs the process went quickly and most importantly followed up with me a few days later to see if everything was going well. J.T helped me through the entire process and was very patient with me . All the employees are friendly and have Great Customer Service. I recommend this company to Everyone !!!!!!

Im a first time buyer and only 18 years old so very minimum driving experience. After 5 dats of searching for the best prices insurance America from Aims insurance helped me out and gave me the best quote ive gotten after searching in different cities even LA and they still got me the best price any other place gave me. America worked with me for 2 days and stood patient through my limited finances and rushed time span i had to get insurance. Thankyou again America.
