Matt Pridey is the best agent I have used to date. He helped my wife and I find a beautiful home in south Salinas. He is very knowledgeable about has a vast grasp on the market in all areas on the coast. He is willing to work for your business and does not settle for the easy sale. We looked at many homes and he kept bringing more listings to us till we found the right one for us. Not letting us settle for something that was not the right fit for us. He made the purchasing process very easy and explained things thoroughly throughout the transaction. He was easy to get ahold of and would dig into any questions we had. The most important thing to me was he is very honest. If there is something he does not know he will say so and find out what the answer and I did not have to ask multiple times. Him and his team at agency one are top notch and no brainer I will use Matt anytime a transaction comes up

Matt Pridey did an excellent job of selling our mom's condo! He was so efficient and easy to work with, always letting us know how things were going. When I was going to be away on a trip during the closing, he arranged for a notary to be sent to our home the day before so I could sign everything and not be worried while away. He also helped my sister-in-law find a reputable real estate agent when she had trouble finding someone to sell their family cabin in the Sierras. We would recommend him so highly!
