Highly recommended! I had a phenomenal experience with Mr. Bates and Mr. Whitaker. Their customer service is first-class! Scheduling an appointment was very easy! Mr. Whitaker personally took time with me to review my tax forms, educated me on some of the current tax laws, future strategies, and answered all of my questions. As a new business owner and retired military veteran, I was quite nervous filing my taxes this year, but Mr. Whitaker & Mr. Bates went above & beyond to take care of me from intake to the final appointment. For better than 2 years I had communicated with the IRS concerning a federal tax problem. After many conversations the problem was not resolved.

I decided to secure the services of a tax consultant, and per a referral from a satisfied customer, I contacted Ronald Whitaker of Agape Tax & Resolution Services, LLC. From the onset, Mr. Whitaker was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. Mr. Whitaker communicated with the IRS immediately. He was detailed in his explanation of the tedious process ahead and possible outcomes. As a result of his diligence, wealth of knowledge, and certification in tax resolution, I received an EXTRAORDINARY agreement with the IRS!
