They sent our first refund to the wrong address. It took 2 months to get my 2nd refund. When called, Rosie was rude every time we called her. . The Insurance company said they sent the refund to the agent Advantage in January. We called them twice and they said they didn’t have it the first time and now said they just got it yesterday and sent it out. They never called us back to tell us it was sent yesterday. Very unprofessional business. I’m not sure which one is lying but I’m guessing it is Advantage. They do not have voicemail which is unacceptable. This company is very difficult to deal with.
