My experiences with Advantage Accounting and Tax Service has been the best! Mrs. Boles is accurate and time efficient. She is willing to go the extra mile for her patron's and explains every question you may have concerning the tax process. I will never go back to having one of those generic large companies do my taxes again. With Tonya you are treated like a person, not another file of taxes. She has really made a positive difference concerning my tax returns.

I tried to use the service because she had rented an office in the same building as me. I should have reviewed her first! Complete Rip-off!! Similar to what some others have stated here...
I basically received an invoice for 39 hours of supposed work but nothing AT ALL had been completed by her. She never could get anything done only run around in circles. I basically had her watching me do the entries to hopefully help. But then she totally forgot everything a week later and tried billing me 15.5 hours more to do the same work she had already watched me do in 2 hours...No way would I recommend this woman to anyone!!

Stay away as others have stated if I could give 0 stars I would!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Completely messed up my taxes for 2020 and 2021 and I am still trying to fix them. Filed an extension but then lied multiple times about my return and actually doing my taxes. I now have over $15k in fees for my small business because my taxes were never filed, no return in sight for either year and they pocketed the money I spent for them to do my taxes. I have never dealt with something so unprofessional in my entire life. DO. NOT. USE.

After literally dozens of mistakes I not only have had to pay someone else $1350.00 to fix all the mistakes, but NONE of my returns were signed by Mrs. Boles, I wasnt given child tax credit (causing me to owe $1000 more) there are so many mistakes I dont have enough space to put them all on this review! I also now have file in small claims court to get my money back, and file complaints with the state of N.C., IRS, SS Administration, and several other agencies. I have also received someone elses taxes from Mr. Boles with the ladies SS#, address, childs SS#, and all her personal info. Mrs. Boles shrugged this off as a "program issue" I have every single conversation via telephone, text message, and email very well documented! All I asked Mrs. Boles for was to be fair and give me my money back considering 100% of the years she did were completely unusable. She denied this request after many attempts saying "the check is in the mail" I now have no choice! DO NOT USE THIS TAX PREPARER (unless you dont mind some stranger having all your personal information AND all your taxes being screwed up!!!

Tanya was very helpful to us while trying to play catch up on multi-year business and personal filings. There were a couple of errors but it was not due to Ms. Boles work. She did take a little longer than she had quoted to get everything prepared but I believe it was acceptable given that she was in the midst of moving offices.

Paying a ton to get my taxes fixed and haven’t received my returns. I have never had such a poor experience with a business in my life. I can’t even get a response. Super disappointed o
