My wife and I have bought a house with Clint, sold that house with Clint and bought another house 100 miles away from Marin with Clint. I have a deep trust in him and I always feel he is working for me. One of the ways I know that is that I don't have to worry about anything because I know he is already working on it. He is by far the the best agent I have ever worked with. His best quality is his ability to negotiate fairly and keep everyone calm and informed. When we bought our current house our situation was a little complicated and we were having a hard time finding a house that worked for us. When we did find one we were not sure how we were going to be able to make an offer fast enough to be considered by the seller because we weren’t quite ready to purchase. It was a long shot at best. Clint was unfazed and set out to make a plan to buy that house immediately. Somehow he managed to make an arrangement with the seller that gave us the extra time we needed to submit our offer! Who does that with no money down!? In the end we got the house! Now one of our jokes is about how we bought a house with no money! We were already thrilled but he didn't stop there. There were other challenges with the house and sellers and he stayed with us and helped us even after we closed escrow. Clint is outstanding but, what makes him even better is that he is easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable about houses, systems, other agents, build quality and he asks the right questions. Ultimately, the thing I like most about Clint is that he is just a good human being.
