Look no further, Adam is your guy! From a first-time home buyer perspective, it’s hard to decide on a loan officer/broker because you don’t really know what to expect. But Adam exceeded our expectations and has been a tremendous help for us. We were introduced through referral via our agent and we are so grateful for the opportunity to cross paths with him. He is an EXCEPTIONAL loan officer/broker and we couldn’t be happier with his service. We had a lot of questions regarding the process and were searching at a time where rates were extremely challenging, but Adam helped us find an incredible low rate, which made purchasing a home possible. We shopped around, and trust us, you cannot beat his rates!

And we signed our closing in short amount of time!!

I thought Adam was blowing smoke when he said, "oh we're going to close within 30 days or less"

I contacted Adam on July 6, 2022 and we signed our closing August 1, 2022.

We could've signed our closing earlier than that, but we just had to delay our appraisal appointment, because my husband was finishing our open projects on our house!
