We had been using Peninsula General for well over a decade for our home and auto. We recently needed to get a new policy. In spite of our lender, broker and myself calling and emailing for weeks to move forward with the policy we never heard back from our contact person. When I explained the issue to whoever answered the phone and requested that someone else help me, I was told that wasn’t possible. We are now moving all of our business to another company, one who actually returned our calls.
