This company and one of their insurance agents must be the worst in the country. As a result of their incompetence regarding their attempt to combine some of my policies I ended up having my homeowners insurance policy cancelled. The new policy will cost me about $10,000 a year more. They have no customer service, will not return phone calls or answer any questions, even whilst continuing to earn money from my other policies. Agent Ed Silco is the worst of the bunch.
