This business is one of the most frustrating and incompetent businesses I have ever dealt with! Their lack of care and professionalism and Customer Service has a serious negative impact on our business and our ability to accomplish our mission. In Dutch Harbor, AK, we don't have an adequate infrastructure for shipping/receiving parts, equipment, materials, and the things we need to keep our industries running, especially expedited items during emergencies. We depend heavily on companies like ACE Cargo to receive mission-critical parts, supplies, tools of contractors coming here to provide essential services, and so many other items to keep our services and businesses running effectively. I can't count the number of times we have been left hanging by ACE Cargo with them leaving absolutely mission-critical parts we paid tens of thousands of dollars for expedited shipping just sitting in a warehouse in Anchorage and not being delivered for WEEKS. The cost to our business and reputation from these delays is unfathomable. We have had numerous other instances where our parts were delivered to Dutch Harbor, and then when we go to pick them up, the attending reps at ACE tell us they are not there, only to find them sitting in a corner of the receiving bay many days later. This is unacceptable! If the Owner of ACE Cargo is not reading these reviews on Google and doing something about their incompetent level of service, then shame on you! I am actually rating you with ZERO Stars, but the Google Review permits a minimum of 1 Star.

avoid if at all possible.
my items sent to Anchorage, from Dutch Harbor.
they wouldn't let me buy insurance,
I told them I won't be able to pick it up untill friday
the next day they called, come get it. I wasn't going to pick it up for 5 days. I told them "Friday"
they lost it. made me sign for it first, then told me I couldn't have it.
filled out all the forms for lost items. it cost me $3000,
they never paid.
35 days later it showed up at my home, a square box to start turned into a ball. every thing inside broken.

The customer service is horrible. I was inquiring about a lost shipment and she became frustrated and told me not to call back and hung up on me! Still have no idea where my cargo is!

What they mean when you see the sign that says "closed for 1 hour" during freight loading/unloading aircraft" means closed for 1 hour before the plane arrives and closed for an hour after aircraft arrives. And closed for lunch. If they forget to lock the door during the day and you can expect horrible customer service.
