I've been going here for10 years or more and I don't have anything bad to say about them. Even through their most difficult times they have still done right by me and my family. I first went to them when my company closed due to the 2007 - 2010 housing market crash. My business and personal taxes were a mess as my old school office help (Mom) fell Ill and could no longer work. No one I went to would help unless all my info was already in Quick Books. I had boxes full of paperwork and Eze said we will take care of you. The rest is history. I am completely satisfied with this family owned business.

EZ and his helpers are the greatest! I have been going to him for 12 years. He is nice, fair, honest, professional, and quick. The fee is can be steep, but he makes sure you get back as much as you can within the legal limits and without the IRS hunting you down later on.

I have been going here for years with my family with no problems but today, I stood in line outside waiting for 9am, then these other people trying to fight me that oh they got there first and I am behind them and started to push me and one foolish woman wanted to act like she was going to physically fight me. I explained that I was in line first and they all just got out of their cars saying they were there first. That is not how a line works. I don’t appreciate folks trying to fight me while I want to get my taxes done. EZ still called me first despite the foolishness!

Side note: because you park your car doesn’t mean you are first in a physical line, get out of your car and stand in line.

A company that does not put client and customer service first does not deserve my business. There is just too much competition out there to settle with unprofessional businesses. This may be good for regular people who have one income. For more complex issues I would take my business elsewhere.

I can't believe this place doesn't have a fax machine I asked the lady at the desk if she can help me fax a paper she said that she didn't have one I told her there's a sign that says fax she said oh the fax machine doesn't work not only that the lady was rude. This place discriminates against the handicapped especially people in the wheelchairs
