Just want to Thank Ruben and Alexis for their help on my tax situation. They took the time to explain what I needed to do to fix my taxes that another tax preparer filed . Prior to coming here I went to 2 other tax preparers to see if they could help me , and they were willing to fix my taxes for no less then 400 dollars . But not here at this office they actually sat there and explained to me and my daughter what needed to be done. They could of taken advantage of the situation like the others were trying to. But this office was honest, professional, courteous and put the customer ahead of their own financial gain. This definitely is a 5 star office!!! Thank you again God bless...

Ruben Rosas was recommended to me by my lawyer. When I called Accounting & Tax Solutions in 2009 My Company was being audited by every agency known, my problems were created by my prior accountant who had given me bad advice for a long time, who had cost me more in late fees and penalties for late filing and the lack thereof than the cost of his service.

I told Ruben about what I was going through, and he took it from there. Within two months, Ruben had everything in order, in doing so he demonstrated that he is a go getter who fights for you and hates to lose.

My corporation is now current with the IRS, EDD, State Board of Equalization, and I am now making a profit. I totally rely on Accounting & Tax Solutions and consult with them before I make a financial decisions. The best part is the peace of mind. I know that I have someone is in my corner who affords me the time to concentrate on running my business.

I am completely blown away with the lack of professionalism I have experienced using this company this year. I have been a customer for 3 years and have been happy in the past with my experience. But, when my proposal came in, it was 25% higher than the previous 2 years. When I questioned Ruben, as to why the increase, he explained that they take a look at the last few years and the amount of time it will take and determine pricing accordingly. I explained that my 2012 year was half of the previous years and that I felt I was being taken advantage of. Ruben got upset and said we don't take advantage of anyone, so I explained that I didn't say I was but that it felt like that. He then told me that he would take a look at my paperwork again and call me back to let me know if there can be any adjustments. They called me back all right... To tell me that they aren't doing the work and that my paperwork has already been mailed back to me. Just 2 weeks prior to the final deadline of my 2nd extension. I have never experienced this type of unprofessionalism with what I thought was a reputable firm. I do not recommend this company.

Accounting & Tax Solutions is one of the best if not the best Tax Firm I had the great privilege of working with. This is the 2nd year I am using this tax firm and it is the absolutely the best. I am very inexperience when it comes to doing my taxes I've always used turbo tax or H&R Block because it's fast and easy but it doesn't always give you the best value or refund. Working with the tax professional Veronica Baray was a delight she was very patient and understanding I had so many questions about different forms other then my W2 I had 1099-misc and the previous year I had 1099-R but she was very polite and answered all my questions. Also she handle everything via Emails so it was super convenient. Overall I recommend using Ruben D. Rosas, INC. Accounting & Tax Solutions.
