Used to prepare our taxes for several years. Two years there was issues. One was easily corrected on our own and when asked questions they provided no help. The following year another mistake was made were they transposed numbers resulting in later owing a large sum. During the process of trying to figure out problems Kenda and her team completely ghosted us. There were phone call after phone call and emails sent. She was always too busy to call us back and emails stated we would get a call that never came. When I started calling from my phone they wouldn't ever pick up. I would call from another phone number right after and would pick up right away. Obviously hiding from having to answer any questions or fix their mistake. I had to pay a separate company to repair her mistakes. I recommend many clients to her over several years but they have all left due to bad service. I would not recommend at all. Bad business practices.
