I'd say skeptical to say the least, Mike suppose to call us many different times and never did once. Kept our paperwork for a month before he said he couldn't do anything because he's not a CPA.

We knew who did the 2018 taxes that was never in question. We came to your business for help with a tax matter that needed urgent response. We told Mike we were ghosted by last business, poor professionalism and he did us the same way. We called multiple times and was guaranteed he would call back and never did. Ghosted again. Sounds like Mike didn't tell you the truth.
