This place use to be amazing when Charles and Kenny ran the place. Now when I call either I'm on hold for an hour and still no one picks up my call or when the 1 time they did I was transferred to California. Since I have had no luck for the past month to reach someone to add a vehicle to my policy, I guess I have to swith companies. I do not recommend this place. I wish I could give it a negative 3 stars

I’ve been with Affordable Insurance since 2017 for 7 yrs I’ve always had a great experience with this company, the team there have been wonderful!, up until after hurricane Helene, then without notice they’ve switched to a company called “Freeway Insurance” I call to make a payment and was on the phone for 2 hrs back and forth with them trying to locate my policy, my information, FINALLY some lady that “actually” works with Affordable insurance was put on and asks for my information, cuts me off mud conversation, hangs up in my face, so I call back and she grunts and gets my information again, I’m trying to find out what’s going their company, why the changeover? And quickly inadvertently explains that “ We just had to make the switch”.. So… wherever Charles and the old crew is, please come back. And save this nightmare! Or Well I guess it’s a good time for myself to make the switch to a different agency👍🏽

Horrible service... nobody is never there I've been there twice this week it says it's open but the door is locked and nobody is there. I miss the old insurance company affordable they were great this place now is horrible

Every time I come with my husband it's closed they are always on lunch break and they never pick up the phone. There are people outside waiting for the man to open. The new owner is very unprofessional will not recommend this insurance place.

stayed on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for 25 minutes. the formers employees, before they left always picked up on the first ring. Terrible customer service now. what a shame.
