I recently had to go to the DMV office and had a nice wait. A week later, I was able to go to the AAA office to finish my transaction. What a difference! Not much of a wait, and quick and efficient service. Very friendly people and a well maintained office. Easy parking in front. It's worth the membership just for the DMV services. ( And the battery service)

I went in with a few questions regarding my auto insurance. They were very efficient and I only had to wait about only three minutes before being seen and the clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly reccomend AAA in Vallejo for great service.

I had a very positive experience here, I was able to get my registration renewed, add a person to my AAA account, and get an international driver's license in under 20 minutes total. Monica at the DMV desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, and unfortunately I don't know the name of the man who helped me with my international driver's license application but he was also really great! and I would definitely recommend this Branch to others.

This office needs to hire more staff to work on Saturdays. Most members go to AAA offices on Saturdays because DMV is closed and services are quicker at AAA. Not at the Vallejo AAA office. There should be 2 staff even 1 is on lunch. Very poor service at Vallejo AAA office.
