Fantastic fast and friendly service.

I needed to submit the title for my car and was glad that they could do it here instead of the DMV.

I arrived 2 minutes before closing on a Saturday and asked if they could help me. They were friendly and super helpful answering any questions I had.

The fact that they're open in Saturdays is super helpful as otherwise id have to miss part of the work day to submit paperwork.

I recently moved to the area for work and signed up for AAA over the phone. Was super convenient and the rep was helpful there too.

I've visited this AAA location several times to renew my auto registration. Every time the service has been outstanding: fast and friendly. Even if I never use AAA for roadside service being able to renew my registration here rather than at the DMV would make the AAA cost worth it. I don't renew my registration by mail because I don't trust the delivery security.

Horrible experience, terrible waste of time. On Thursday after a long wait in line they pretend that they cannot give me the car sticker because of a problem with their computer. The day after, Friday, after waiting 45 minutes in line the grotesque person at the desk refuses to give me the sticker because l am not the owner of the car, even so l have all the paperwork. She pretends she cannot give me the sticker because of privacy protection as l would see the data about the owner. I show her that l already know the data as they are clearly printed on the papers l have. She simply continues to recite her idiotic reasons , more brainless than their computer the day before. Shame on you AAA

What happened to you AAA? This place used to be great. Something changed, new management or whatever. Now it is absolutely horrible. They are renting out part of the building to a community health center and now there is never any parking. The lot is always full. I have to park in a different location and walk all the way here now. And every time I walk in, they are pushing a flyer in my face to get me to buy something. They did this twice to me today! Then they try to make me feel guilty for not wanting it. This is in addition to the junk mail they send frequently despite me telling them to stop. I don’t appreciate their high pressure sales tactics. What happened to you AAA?

Edit in response to AAA. Thanks for affirming why you deserve a poor 1-star rating. Email isn’t secure. And this looks exactly like another sleazy sales trick just to get my email address to spam me some more. Nice try. Clean up your act

Usually this branch is really great. However, the Assistant Branch Manager was fairly difficult to deal with for a small matter recently. I requested something that is apparently not "usual" to request, and I was denied. When I persisted, given I needed the letter (which I even pre-wrote for her to help), she gave in on the 30 second request but did not hesitate to send the information back with a solid reprimand of my request. 1 star for negative interaction, added one star since I ultimately got what I needed.

We used Notary Public services. The Notary had to hand-write 22 separate notarizations for the many signatures required on our Living Trust and our Wills. We felt sympathetic that Notary Mary Susan Bubak had to perform all that handwriting, but she was patient and sweet the whole time. We wanted to give her a big tip, or a free massage or something, but she said it was her pleasure to serve us. Notary Public services at this branch are top-notch.

So painful to deal with - wait weeks and weeks for a response or reply - in the meantime I don't know if I have full insurance. Voice mail box for my agent is full - says it all. This is how long I was on-hold before I gave up. I'm trying to spend money with them and get my insurance issues resolved and this is how they treat their 20+ year customers.
Edit - sent in my response to their response. Let's see how well their bot deals with it.
