I am so very grateful to Carol and her amazing staff! They take the stress out of comparing companies and policies, help me compare apples to apples, and explain the benefits of different coverages. When some document needs to be updated, they work with me personally then submit it to the insurance company. Carol is proactive and lets me know when I need to update policies based on various factors in life. For instance, did you know that you can't do food service or ride share without an add-on to your policy or you won't be covered while you're doing those things? We have two policies with them and would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone we know!
