Was referred to D. Ballenger. Spoke to him re: moving forward with home buying. he advised he would send me realtor exclusivity paperwork that I never received and never received a follow-up from him. Decided not to call him back as this was a sign of what to expect with his services.

I've called this organization on 3 different occasions. I've left 3 messages, in a 90 period. I'm always told, everyone is out at lunch. I never received a callback. I'm AA and wanted to do business with my people. Black people...I tell you. Don't do business here. They won't call you back anyway...Smdh. I'm going with the major.

They gave Andre Beraud an award and hes the most unprofessional Real Estate agent in Houston! He’s refusing to replace broken things inside his old roachy house. He only wants rent money he doesn’t care about his tenants or services. He’s a money hungry shark and I would not recommend anyone to buy from him! STAY AWAY they only promote they’re friends on here. They’re not good business!
