This is the easiest review I will ever write. Cheryl is hands down the best realtor around. After many offers that she wrote for us, my husband and I found a house with her in only about a month of looking and making offers in a tough market, but she was eager to continue working with us for as long as it took us to find our perfect house. We are young (24 y/o) and this was our first personal experience with a realtor--she said she would try not to "mom" us through the process, but in truth, we felt truly cared for and that she had our very best interest in mind, similar to if she was helping her own children--which we really appreciated during this experience. She was very responsive and answered all the questions we had at all hours of the day (and between meetings with other clients) to make sure we understood everything correctly, while being totally and completely present during our own meetings. Additionally, she made sure to utilize her team to make sure we were taken care of when she was unavailable--who were also just as responsive and helpful. We are so happy with our experience and our new home that I know we will reach out to her in the future if/when we do decide to move again. We have already verbally recommended her to so many of our friends that will be looking for homes soon.
