He helped me identify areas of the home that needed to be fixed or cleaned up prior to listing so that it was shown in the best possible light. He knows the market and took the time to go over his approach to finding the correct asking price. I have used Todd for two purchases and two sales in two years. He has helped me get the best price after a lowball offer, got a condo when my offer wasn’t the highest (because of the way he wrote the offer), found the perfect condo for me, and just helped sell the first condo when I decided I wanted to move one last time. Both sales were done remotely since I live in Florida in winter. He found a gas leak in the condo I just sold, knew I had just replaced the HVAC and that it was under warranty and got it fixed the same day. Todd is a very hard worker who knows everybody, it seems, and knows the market and how to get the best deal for his clients. I’d give him ten stars if I could.

Pia was amazing to work with! We were looking for a competent realtor who we could get along with and had our best interests in mind. She fit the bill perfectly. We had initially chosen a 203k loan option for renovation and she was able to advocate for us with the seller given that this generally takes a lot longer to close than a traditional loan option. We had to extend our closing date multiple times which all was possible because of her advocation and negotiation on our behalf. She even recommended a fantastic lender when we had to switch lenders and loan options in the middle of the process. I can't count how many times she saved the day for us!
