Would give zero stars if I could. Literally spent 3 years with the worst bank outside of Nigeria that exists. They charge paper statement fees and service charges on accounts with contracts for estatements. Overdraft accounts that have no overdraft policies. They have no customer service line after like 5pm on week days and none on weekends. If you need your debit card unlocked on a Saturday, for example, you have to search high and low for an, essentially, hidden phone number to do so. Finally, after transferring all of my banking elsewhere, last week I tried to deposit an HSA CHECK FROM MY EMPLOYER and the lady not only refused to do so despite my relationship with the bank and the loan department, but had the audacity to call her supervisor and disclose my balances to her, loudly in front of other customers, which were expectedly and undeniably low, however that should be expected with a secondary account. She cited that because of having "such a low balance, I wouldn't be able to clear the check if it bounced". I offered to transfer $500 from my primary account at another bank and she still refused. In any case, completely unprofessional and unlike any other bank. Normally a years long relationship is enough to prove loyalty, but here, apparently, it is at the discretion of some pleb desk lady. NEVER BANK HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT, at the very least choose regions, I recommend a credit union, success credit union in jonesboro would be great if you're looking for a bank.

Pure garbage by far the most annoying cobbled together, grotesque waste of resources for a hillbilly, trash bin of a bank I've ever encountered in my entire life. I've seen the ins and outs of society and definitely this bank would be hyphenated next to the words gutter trash. I was so relieved when these embisols aggravated me enough with their bs criminal policies and utter sloth laziness to bank elsewhere could not be happier.+

I went with the least useless of 3 useless banks in WalnutRidge Arkansas. The new atm puts a hold on cash and checks
when you try to make a deposit. This is done in an attempt to charge more NSF fees.
They had my money and charged me because they didn't put it into my account before they took something out.

being that the ridiculous faux-(b)eatles "festival" is not a federal or state holiday, it could and should be posted online that your services aren't available during its stint in your little village. very inconvenient, especially since I drove here to make a deposit based on your website's (and Google's) current hours of business.
