Looked a several properties early in March. All were overpriced for the condition. Friday I found a property in Tuscumbia. I called the realtor Saturday. He was to get back to me the next day which did not happen. Today, Monday April 4th I called twice and left a message that I would buy the house sight unseen. When I finally reached him the property had been sold. Not only was this agent rude by not contacting me as promised but cost me the house I told him Saturday that I would purchase. No more business for this company.

Last year when I was looking for a home, I found a place I was interested in and called these people. A guy picked up, I forget his name, this review isn’t about him. He said he would show us the property but would have to call me back with a set date. He didn’t call back, so we called them again, this rocked on for awhile, eventually I got linked up with Laila Jager and talked to her and she met us and showed us the property. The whole time she acted like I was just some kid who didn’t know what I was talking about, asked for earnest money, basically just made zero effort to sell this property. My entire family had been out and looked at the place, we all liked it, I was going to buy it. I made an offer and she just never even replied. At this point I was just making an offer to say I did, not expecting to get the place. There were already so many hoops she was wanting me to jump through that my family, who has bought and sold real estate for years and years, have never had to do before buying a place. The whole time I felt like I was being age-discriminated, because I am young and look even younger than I am. I felt like I was being treated unfairly, rudely, and just flat-out disrespected. Anyway I wrote Laila and crye-leike off and bought a house in muscle shoals the month after this whole fiasco occurred from an agent who was actually interested in selling property. This lady didn’t display the correct social skills needed to deal with the public or customers, in fact she is discriminatory in her actions and it’s just plain wrong. So yea, there’s my gripe with these people. I even left them two stars, because they did show me the property and did at least talk to me, unlike the other one-star review they have, and I feel like it’s unfair to just give them a one star review based off the experience I had with one agent. I assume they have many.
