Our realtor was Tina Wilson from the Conway branch. She went above and beyond our expectations during our home purchasing experience last year in Shirley. Having her as our realtor made the entire process go smoothly, and she followed up with us after closing to make sure everything was going ok. Couldn't have asked for anyone better.

My realtor was Joshua Schmidt. We had seen two houses and did not have any issues. While seeing our second house I made mention of a viewing for the next day that we had made available for viewing approximately 5 days prior. He nonchalantly stated that he wasn’t going to show me the house that his wife was. He further stated that he had a golf trip planned with some friends, and that he didn’t play much golf but he was going there to drink and have fun with his friends. I told him it was fine because I really wanted to see that house. The following day I get a text at 10:03 am less than 30 minutes before his wife was supposed to show me the house stating that his wife was “sitting dead stopped in traffic” and she was going to be 15 minutes late. I informed him that the reason I asked for that specific time to view the property was because I needed to be at work at 11:30 am. Since, she was going to be late and I knew I wasn’t going to be able to see the house in its entirely, because I had to be at work. I told him to tell his wife to not bother and that I was good. He apologized and stated she was behind a wreck. I explained to him that I had just driven 2 hours from Jonesboro to view this property and that I was already in Little Rock. I later asked him if his wife was a realtor since I hadn’t asked him the day prior. Which he said she was. He later sent a text stating that it was a honest mistake and that he didn’t think they were going to meet my needs and another agent was going to contact me. So in essence he blows me off to go day drink, never had made mention someone else was going to show me the house until the day prior, and that person, his wife, was running late the day of. Another thing that was concerning is that if in fact his wife was behind a wreck, why would he say 15 minutes late. Wrecks like traffic are so unpredictable, so there was no reason to give a time frame. Over all I would say that this issue is very concerning, given Joshua’s prior military service I would have expected more accountability from him.
