Oh people please be careful dealing with this bank. From confusing to over-controlling, our two month process to close this loan was a nightmare. We have perfect credit, 20 years successful contracting experience and assets way over our debt. Every other bank’s construction loan has been a breeze but we wanted to try a bank close to us in Pea Ridge. What a colossal mistake. Wasted two month to get to and get ready to close our loan only to find out that they would only give us 80% of the appraised value (customary is 85%) and wanted us to put all our money into an account in their bank which we found out an hour before closing that they were going to FREEZE so we couldn’t touch it until we completed our house. Yikes. Narrowly escaped a disaster. They “conveniently” forgot to tell us they were going to put a “hold” on our funds - which was a lot of money and every penny to our name. We cancelled the process before closing and feel like we narrowly escaped entering the twilight zone!! Be careful or better yet, just don’t do business with Today’s Bank!!

3 of my kids opened accounts at Today's Bank in Pea Ridge and everyone was very kind and helpful. The kid accounts only require $1 to open and they check them on the app or online. Super easy and convenient!
