I have to say I agree with the other reviews. Jennifer was so helpful at anything time day and night. Walked me through the whole process. Gave me tips. She provided an overview of all the steps before hand. She was always happy and prompt. I never felt nagged or pressured. The whole experience was about meeting my needs.
