We are from South AR. We were looking to buy a home in the Heber Springs, Cabot, Searcy areas or anywhere in the surrounding areas. We had a tall order with a small budget. We didn't want in a neighborhood with houses close to us, just a small home with a few acres. Boy did he score us the PERFECT place!!! He was so patient with us showing us many properties that just didn't feel like "home" in our hearts. He never pressured us on any of the properties, which was extremely important to me. Through his patience we were able to find OUR HOME. He guided us through all the purchasing process and we actually closed in just 3 weeks! We are so appreciative of all his help!
