Had my taxes done there. I filed standard dudction. Sent in the amount they told me to pay to federal and state. I have received a letter from the state telling me I owe more money and federal income saying I owe more money. They basically said I need to call and find out why I owe money. I paid them so I would know what I needed to pay. I would have been better off using turbo tax. I highly recommend you have your taxes handled by a professional tax person that will stand behind there work. I've had this same thing happen at another tax place in beebe and they asked me to take a picture of the letter and send it to them. That place paid for there mistake with out me saying anything or going back to them. These people just say you'll have to call state/federal and see why. This is not how a professional business is ran. I've since have heard from several people saying they have messed up there taxes as well. I tell everyone this story when I'm talking about taxes. These people are sorry. You think they would have refunded there services or something instead I'll I get from them is you'll have to call and figure it out. How pothitc is that. Hopefully you read this review before they mess your taxes up!
