This is my second time allowing Richard Long to do my taxes by reference. He filed a 2021 extension although I really didn't need one. I finally reach him before the deadline extension in October and paid and felt I id been scammed. He is the hardest person to catch up with after numerous calls and text messages. I text him this bad experience &review would be left. He makes no effort to make things right and satisfy customers.

Richard long never did file my 2021 taxes. I called he never called me back..left messages after messages. They just kept telling me I'm goin to give him the message, but he never reached out. He is a bad business owner. He dont care about the customers ' needs. Never again will I go back to him.

I have had my taxes filled out there since they opened..one year had a problem, after talking to IRS they fixed it.. this year is my last time after two weeks I call yes done, go get them same person then says not done. Then done going to email them no charge for problem. No taxes call again after a week go pick them up and then decided after 3 trips still charged me. That's ok I paid and left and never seen or heard from Richard Long only the ones that lie and know nothing. This place has gone down hill

Not only were they behind on ths appointments thwy had scheduled, but they were also in a rush to get mine done. So much so that they forgot to return my drivers license, and no attempt to reach out to me about it was made. They would rather try to pressure you about life insurance instead of making sure you are set with the reason of your visit.

Never again! This was my first and last time dealing with these people! Each time i call, they promise to call me back about my refund, but never do. You don't play with people's money! Stay away I'm warning you.
