Jay Nitz and all of his employees, especially Pat Shanahan, were awesome to work with. My father passed away and we had to clear the acreage and sell worthwhile items including the house and property. My mother received more than what she was anticipating and Jay made everything flow smoothly. This was definitely a positive experience for our family!!

Our family would like to commend the entire staff of the Nitz Company for their land sale auction services. They provided exceptional service to us especially being across state lines to make this land sale possible. Specifically Jay, Courtney, Heather, and Aaron were all professional but yet friendly in answering questions and offering suggestions at any time which was appreciated and a detailed timeline through the process was most helpful. I would highly recommend Jack Nitz & Associates Auctioneers & Land Brokers as this was also our second generation using their company to make an auction a success.

They were able to effectivly promote the items and attracted people from across several different counties to garnish the highest bids for the items available. They do not test anything to make sure it works. and if you buy something that is broken and unusable there is nothing they will do. Make sure you when you bid that you looked at the item before you bid especially if you will be spending some $$$. I would not buy from the auction again

I told my daughter "when I pass, call Jack Nitz auctions" they will get everything you want to sell, sold! And I have a lot to sell.

Sold a bunch of shoddy furniture online. They did not disclose that there was mold, rot, and burn marks on the restaurant tables. When I contacted the company to voice my concerns, the owner sent a condescending, rude email. I do hundreds of auctions every year across the country, and so far, this is literally the only company I will not do business with again.
