Sally Adams is incredibly unprofessional and a NIGHTMARE to deal with. While representing the buyer, she was late to view the condo two times that I own and am selling, and once learning of a few items that were not included in the sale, she then presumed to talk negatively of me in front of my daughter who was there to let her in the condo, saying my keeping of a few paintings and a rug was a “joke,” “I didn’t know anything about real estate in Hot Springs,” “I should feel lucky with the deal I am getting” and “maybe I meant one of the paintings not included was worth pesos, there was no way the paining is actually worth much,” stating all of these things as my daughter sat in the condo waiting on her to take photos. She was so incredibly rude, my daughter had to ask her to leave, which she has never had to do before. I highly recommend using a different agent who wants all parties happy and shows professionalism and manners. My daughter and I have never had to deal with someone so rude. I feel it is important for a potential client to know about a realtor before hiring her. Ms. Adams has deleted her response where she made false claims regarding my property for potential buyers to see, which is an example of her going out of her way to see that buyers will not want to view my condo. She also deleted a response where she made statements about my daughter, proving her immaturity and lack of professionalism once again. These are all examples of her character that my daughter and I have unfortunately had to deal with. I have worked in construction for over 45 years and have never had to deal with someone like her and hope to never have to again.
