Katelyn Harris did an awesome job, quick, professional, personable. and attentive. When you in the service industry you can be a great sales person, but you have to listen to what your customer is saying they need or looking you, plus have the knowledge and skill to also know what a customer needs within their budget. Katelyn did just that and so much more. I had shopped and got 7 or 8 other homeowner policy quotes all in the same higher price range. I spoke with Katelyn about what I was looking for and she worked her magic. She calls me back and said "I think you going to be very happy." I was very surprised at the savings on her HO policy quote it even had several additional coverage's that no other insurance company had quoted in their HO policies. Katelyn gave us the lowest quote hands down. Plus, she also communicate with our lender and provided them with what they needed and was quick to take care of us. I went to do my final walk through on my house this evening and just so happen to take a peak in my mail box to find my first piece of mail from Katelyn. A written note that she took time to write to me and my family, congratulating us. She knows what a big opportunity this was for my family and was super helpful throughout the whole process.
