AWFUL! Tried to get someone to come out last year 3 times. I took off work and no one ever showed. The tech always said there was no one home. Just tried again and had the whole appointment scheduled. I called to see where the tech was and was told we have to pay $300 to have a line ran even though our neighbors have the internet. This is the WORST place to ever try and go through. Also when I was explaining everything the re put me on hold like I wouldn’t notice. Hate this place.

When you are ordering it’s great service. However, the customer service is not good. You can never reach anyone and live chat page only works when you are ordering service. Customer service is awful. I recommend you get all of your information while ordering otherwise you are screwed
