I love banking at the Freedom Bank in Golden MO because of the friendly staff ( especially Kathy and Patty) that always greet me with a smile and attend to all my banking needs in such a professional way. Banking is often a not so pleasant experience for customers but at this bank it is different in that the staff seems to want to assist you in any way they can and make sure your banking needs are met in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. So grateful to have found a community bank in our small town that values a happy customer and always shares a smile with them!!! Thank you to all the staff that works so hard to make banking more fun!!

The Golden branch is our bank. We don’t know the manager, but all of the tellers are great!! So friendly and always helpful. My only complaint is that any special rates and/or special events don’t seem to be advertised for the Golden branch…only the Cassville and Shell Knob. I know we have missed open houses and rate promotions because we were not aware of them. We very much appreciate having the Golden bank available!!
