Everyone in this office has been helpful and efficient assisting me with my hail damage claim. Every time I have called someone answered quickly, there were good notes in my file so everyone knew what was going on, and they have done their best to address my concerns. I highly recommend them.

Won't call me even after calling home office requesting they ask her to call. Assistant (Hannah) is rude. Raised my rate almost $100 a month from my previous agent. I cannot recommend this agent. After almost 30 years with State Farm, this agent is no help. Don't expect much from this office.
