Becca is amazing..I have only been using them for about 5 year's now ..but never a problem always a pleasure to talk with..best customer service it reminds me how insurance use to be 50 year's ago..like when insurance companies actually cared...great job keep it up.

A couple of days ago I called for a simple quote. I can’t remember her name maybe Becca but I was asked for all my info for the quote and that I would receive a call back shortly. That was at around 1 pm. The day had passed, no call back. So I thought maybe they are busy, I’ll just check in the next day. The next day I called at around 9 am. I was told that they were working on it and will call back. Still no call back. I just hope that they aren’t doing anything with my information or identity, this is frustrating!

As soon as I walked in I was asked to sit and wait while a conversation (arguement) was continued outside in the parking lot for 10 mins. After waiting to hopefully get service, I left. Very disappointed if this is how a customer is treated.
