They’re kind but prices are very high. I was told that my price would go down every six months, and it just keeps going up. I’m currently paying 173$ for full coverage on ONE 2005 Honda accord. I try to give my money to places that are locally owned by POC, but I’m afraid that I’ll have to take my business somewhere more commercial. :(((

Lady was rude over the phone and said that they didn’t do email receipts and if she had time she would text me one, I never received it, she had the audacity to say that if there was a problem with the payment I could just reference my bank account. Treat others like you would like to be treated.
