When Microsoft went down, my automatic payment didn’t go through.
They NEVER called me to see what happened (when it was obvious what happened)
I was unaware that my AUTOMATIC payment didn’t go through. But they never reached out to ask anything. I HAD THE MONEY. I received a cancellation letter. (I don’t like that kind of customer service so I let them cancel me.)

30 days later my registration is revoked and I have to pay $100 to get that back legal. And I have to pay $230 down payment to start insurance again and $130 monthly after that.

So they reported me for not having insurance after they made 0 effort to reach out and see what happened. I’m livid. NEVER AGAIN

THATS $500 just to get legal and have insurance off the top. BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BC THEY REPORT YOU IMMEDIATELY AFTER NOT BEING INSURED.
