I must say my limited experience with Ron Holmes, loan officer left me wondering what he's so irritated with to treat me so poorly. If you'd like to be treated like something he stepped in go talk to him. Don't expect him to show you any respect however. He won't acknowledge your presence, will leave you standing with no one to wait on you while he shuffles papers. When he's done he tells you to come over, never getting up to introduce himself or shake your hand.
He then proceeds to talk down to you as if you don't deserve to breathe the same air as he does. You're putting him out is the constant theme. It's a stigma to own a manufactured home that I'll have to live down he says as a example. Sitting in the corner at his small desk at a small bank must be what he's so irritated about. That and the fact he's lost most of his hair and looks like he acts, like a dick.

Tried to raise my ATM limit over the phone told me they couldn't, but I'm welcome to come in and withdraw it from my account. I was no where near a labette bank. So I contacted the Oswego branch had it raised in less then a minute without a problem. Also before this incident they wouldn't cash my 401k loan check because I didn't have the 5000 dollars in my account to cover it. Why in the hell would I be cashing a loan check if I had 5000 in my account. Stupid. But again Oswego branch did it without a problem. Columbus branch acts likes it's their personal money I'm using and want to give me as little as possible. I'll make the 20 mile drive to Oswego before I use the Columbus branch again.
