I initially left this review about 10 months ago, but I realized it may have been for the wrong Ramirez Insurance Agency.. so here you go! 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! PLEASE STAY AWAY! They will enroll you into whatever policy they want and then tell you they can’t fix it, even if it’s only a few minutes later. I was enrolled into 3 additional coverages that I DID NOT ask for, and when I called back to have it corrected the agent ignored my calls for DAYS and kept transferring me to his incompetent receptionist who only knows the words “there’s nothing I can do for you”. I was also lied to about my due date in order to be coerced to hurry up and sign. This insurance agency doesn’t give a damn about their clients. The entire Ramirez agency gives me an eerie, scam-like feeling. Won’t be with them much longer, especially now that it’s time for renewal and they quoted me almost $200 extra.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. These people don’t feel like working here, they don’t feel like answering the phone I’ve on hold wait times for about 30+ minutes a couple times now it’s unacceptable, find any other agency these people are very inattentive and clearly don’t care about their customers.
