Owners, do not use this firm. While they do a reasonable job of marketing your rental, they are consistently late in making payments, do not respond to emails, and will not cover tenant damage. They have high office staff turnover and send out incorrect statements, only to have to reissue them. They are smug and act like they are doing you a huge favor. I have had vendors who I have used for many years refuse to work with them as they insult them openly. They have used three different payment methods in 1.5 years, and often, you are charged a fee to get your money into your account from Quicken or from a bank wire. They need help figuring out how to make ACH payments. Finally, if you are met with a misfortune causing you to have to terminate the contract, they will refuse to work with you on any charges incurred as a result.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. One of the managers by the name of Jason was extremely rude and obnoxious. I have not received my money owed to me from this company as of yet. I will encourage anyone who plans to do business with this company to give it a second thought and choose another company. I give this company no stars as a review. I have nothing good to say about a company that treats the people that they work with in a manner that is less than human.

As a Government employee, I was really impressed with the convience of the property as well as the hospitality given by the company. Management quickly responded to any and every question asked of them. Staying here truly felt like home away from home. Truly professionally and prestigious. I will definetly be staying again; I highly reommend this property. You can tell the company does not cut cost as their decor/furniture is high quality. Definitely recommended for those new to the city, I garauntee you wouldn't want to move out.
