I wouldn't even give them one star. They don't care about you at all. Didn't even take the time to help with the application.

My Policy was cancelled, said they had sent me a letter and I never received the letter. No call, No email. Just dropped without notice.

Terrible customer service. Beth was not helpful at all.

Do not bother. You have to do all of your own work. They would not change my payment method, did not notify me that my policy was being canceled due to my change in payment method, and would not cancel our policy at our request. My question to an insurance agency, "What do you do?". You're better off working directly with an insurance company directly since it's all online anyway.
