Very pleased with this bank so far ( 7 months only ), the staff at the Lakeland branch is very nice and friendly, April , Mel , Selena , Melissa , always greet you with a smile. The lunch they had for their customers on April 23rd was much appreciated. I highly recommend this branch .

I absolutely love the people I have worked with at this banking institution, but the former bank manager (Scott Callaway Nelson) stole my idea/intellectual property, they are trying to foreclose on my house, and ghost wrote a life insurance policy that I didn’t initiate with my Mastercard, and it contained my protected health information. Be careful!
