It’s a good bank, but the ATM gives you basically no time to fill out the slip and envelope. I had no idea while filling in the info that the time-out pop-up came up, and now I have to wait until Monday to get my card back. :/ Wish there was a beeping to let you know, or just more time to write everything. There’s also never any pens, and you have to write against the glass because there’s nowhere else that’s smooth enough or wide enough to write.

DO NOT Bank with Community Bank N.A. they seriously need to get it together before I can even say to Think about considering them. The communication is atrocious, the app is paltry, their prices for money orders is outrageous, the tellers are kind and cordial, the calls take forever to get anything, you'll be on hold for 15mins plus and it's not clear at all the limits on ones debit card use. I will be switching Banks ASAP, my daily banking needs haven't been met over the past year and my experiences prior haven't been great either, very disappointed with the service and the time it takes to get anything done. 3 weeks after ordering a new debit card I STILL don't have the pin, I've been unable to use my bank account for a month, A MONTH. Please consider ANY OTHER bank, I wish no one this type of experience.

Just tried to log in to my checking account and I can’t until I read the New and Improved User Agreement which is probably 10 pages long!!! Are you out of your minds! No one is going to read this or understand it!! But the people who did this know that. It’s a protection for the bank , certainly not the customer.

Easily the worst bank in NYS if you want corporate greed then this bank is for you not only did the hell ridin bank change my account to one that benefits them more than me this morning I went to the ATM to deposit some money since I will be leaving for the summer early tomorrow morning the ATM trip goes as usual put the card in get a deposit envelope that's when it all went wrong I put my money in the envelope was ready to put the money in the machine when I realized they got new envelopes with a spot to put your information in the chance they lose your money so I reach into my pocket to pull out my pen (since the bank doesn't leave any pens by the atm) and BAM the ATM takes my card now I have to be on the road tomorrow at 6 bank doesn't open till 9 I need my card for this summer and I would've liked to have that money deposited in my account I have had it up to here with this awful bank and will most definitely be switching to ESL Credit union because unlike greedy banks Credit unions are non prophet and are run by the members and are also insured by the government if you are looking for a bank keep looking cb n/a is not the bank anyone should trust there money with.

Tried to purchase a very large certified check with cash today. Was turned away because I wasn't an account holder with the bank. Great way to conduct business.

Marinda and the team at Community Bank in Avon are extremely friendly and helpful, and I'd recommend them to anyone I know!

Do not come to this branch if the bank is closed the magnetic strip does not fully explain how to insert your car the correct way for you can access the ATM stay away from this branch apparently their magnetic does not work and whoever broke it doesn't want and tell them so that they can fix it I spent an hour and a 1/2 traveling all the way out here so I get access my account the find out that the stupid magnetic thing was broken stay away from this branch go somewhere else

I have been using community bank since I lived down the street from a branch in steuben county. I mostly bank online but the Avon branch has been helpful many times, as well as the one in Henrietta. I think the people who've had problems had immediate needs that other banks might also encounter problems with... other than the occasional down time for the app overnight, they've been great for me.
