Curtis Stewart and Diane Bryant should never be trusted. I would stay away from their properties. I've waited a year to write this review so I could be as objective as possible. We rented from them for years when they came to us offering to sell the home we lived in for 4 years. They claimed they wanted us to buy it. So after a week of repeated calls and urging from Curtis, we offered their asking price and the next day they came back and said they changed their mind and didn't want to sell anymore but would let us out of our lease. We took them up on that and bought a different house. Why stay with people who would toy with you on such an important matter? No surprise once we left they jacked the rent up by a few hundred dollars. Despite deep cleaning the property, even cleaning the carpets, not a dime of our deposit was rightfully returned. Renters should beware of the shady morals of the Stewarts and Diane Bryant.

I am a retired home inspector. I worked with a lot of Legend Realty agents as far as inspecting their listings. I trust their integrity, so it was a natural choice to go with a Legend realty agent when we got ready to sell some properties. Neil Adams is our agent. He makes everything real easy, plus he's from here in Northwest Arkansas there you go. I would definitely recommend Legend realty to take care of the smaller items that most buyers, or sellers ever think about. I trust the agents at Legend realty. It's been an excellent experience, and we will continue to use Neil in the future, if we buy or sell any more properties.
