Edit to add: They don't alert their customers of "system updates" that will take place over an entire weekend leaving you unable to check your balance at the ATM nor track your transactions thru their mobile app

We've had nothing but problems with this bank. Staff needs more training. One lady even deposited $1000 of mine into someone else's account. Always triple check your deposit receipts people! They shut off my debit card "by accident" and couldn't turn it back on. I had to get a new card.

We are Not at all happy with the customer service at this bank Rude and not helpful.
They had a company update on a Friday , didn’t inform anyone, we contacted our employers as our direct deposit that is always posted on time by our employers was not showing up as deposited. After reaching out to our employers we were told that they absolutely did process payroll as usual , sent us copies , we called the bank and they stated its because they are running some updates and that it’ll show up on Monday ! Thank goodness we didn’t need to access our $.
It didn’t even show up until Tuesday as posted.
Terrible communication, terrible customer service.
Currently looking for another bank.

I tried to open a checking account and they said they needed my social security card because my social "doesn't come up with my name". I went home and called social security and they had no idea why the bank would say that as they have no way of knowing that and that their software is probably faulty. Which was a relief for me because I thought my identity could have been stolen. So either their software doesn't work or they entered the wrong social, either way they lost a customer

This is by far the BEST banking experience in almost 50 years of banking with numerous different banks.

Horrible, Horrible experience.

Called around trying to set up an emergency fund for my family. Spoke with Jessica the branch manager of republic road in springfield on the phone who said "Currently we can do a 2% money market account" I let her know that sounded great and would definitely be opening an account with them.

Fast forward to Saturday and google says they are open. Head up there and there lobby is closed. Not their fault its google's no big deal. Drive through and ask the drive through tellers and they say the closest bank with an open lobby is in Mt Vernon.

Drive 35 minutes to get there and are told there is no money market with that 2%apr and they call republic road. They confirm that the Branch manager does offer the 2% over then phone but since they can't get a hold of her we can't do it with approval.

1 1/2 hours of my Saturday wasted. Relationship destroyed before we could even start the CD and emergency fund account.

Save your time and bank elsewhere
