We had the best experience here! All the staff were kind and helpful! They helped with our financing and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our price, lender and payment. They didn't rush or crowd us while we walked around looking. They immediately provided us access to test drive and offered we take it by our local mechanic to have it looked at. They provided carfax and let multiple family members check it out and drive before we made our decision. Paperwork and financing was fast and so easy. My daughter was a first time buyer they helped walk her through each step and took multiple payment methods for our down payment. They had the title ready to pick up the very next day! I’m so glad we decided to shop local and will recommend to anyone! We purchased a used vehicle as is and it was offered at a great price. My daughter loves her new vehicle!!

An excellent place to buy a car. They supply a FREE CarFax report for their vehicles. They are honest and polite, too. I bought a vehicle, and my offer was for the total price including sales tax I didn't know that you pay sales tax at the revenue office if you don't finance. After I paid the sales tax while registering, I called them, and they told me to come pick up a check for the sale tax. They were polite when I picked it up. I will be buying a vehicle from them again.

Haven't had my vehicle a month and already about to be out of 300.00 in repairs. Three days after I bought the truck check engine light comes on cylinder 4 misfire, and I realize I have an oil leak. Don't get me wrong. The oil leak was fixed. And the coil pack on cylinder 4 was replaced and check engine light went off. But it came back on and now it's showing cylinder 1 misfire, and I was told by some one on there staff that if you change one they all need to be changed but that's not what was done. Just enough to make light go back off and cost me money wish I could give 0 stars

Really thought these were good honest family folks but they sold a complete lemon to my son and he has been paying on it for 8 months after only driving it for 2 Mo before the hybrid battery went out. They could have helped with another dependable vehicle or anything really since they sold the lemon but nope not even an apology! Crooks!

Very disappointing. We had been working with them trying to buy my first vehicle for a week. We had an approved a loan from a bank but we needed proof of the title which they didn’t have in hand. So I pulled in after work to put a down payment on it until they got the title. Someone was test driving the vehicle we were trying to get and they told us we couldn’t put the down payment on it because someone else was driving it. Well wouldn’t you know they ended up selling it to them. You would think they would have given us first choice since we had been very adamant about getting the vehicle. Very bad service in my opinion. Won’t be going back.
