Moving halfway across the country comes with its own sets of challenges, but Jared Smith and his team did everything and anything to mitigate any potential issues. Our process was completely seamless and the cohesiveness between Jared, the lender, and the broker was like a well-oiled machine, no beats were skipped. We had a VERY tight time frame to find a home, and Jared listened to every detail we had asked for. He then spent an entire day looking at what must have been 15+ homes with us. Each house he showed us was right in line with what we had asked for. We are so grateful to be in our new home, and we owe so much to Jared and his team for helping us to get here. ? recommend!!!

Amber Latimer went Above and Beyond as our Realtor. We worked with Amber for a couple years. She was determined to find the perfect house for my wife and me. We started our search during the worst of the pandemic. That meant we went for months without looking. Amber though never forgot about us. Finally when we’re able to plan our move to northwest Arkansas, Amber got busy. She always had us feeling like we were her only clients. While we were still a thousand miles away, Amber found us a perfect home. She found it on a cold and wet day in January. She sent us a video of 3 different houses. But she was really drawn to the house we simply fell in love with. Amber worked closely with the builder to make sure everything stayed on track since we lived so far away. Even after closing Amber continued to ensure the builder followed through with all the details of our new home. I would strongly recommend Amber Latimer to all my friends and family.
