Came in looking for a gift to send to an out of state friend, wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for and apparently it was written on my face. Michelle, the manager, approached me warmly and asked if she could help me find something. She asked me a handful of questions then guided me through the store to various items to put together the ultimate Oregon swag bag for my friend. Am am so very thankful for Michelle’s help with this process. She was professional, kind, funny, and very knowledgeable about the store/products. They were even out of the size I needed in a particular item and she gladly ordered it for me and had it shipped to my home so I wouldn’t have to make another trip in to pick it up before I shipped out the gift bag. Excellent customer service!

I recently had an exceptional experience at the Duck Store , and I felt compelled to share it. The manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was outstanding. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely eager to help with my needs. I was looking for something very specific and they took so much time with me to help me. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and caring employees. I left very happy! Go Ducks!

I recently stopped by the Autzen Store to grab a jersey for my dad, and I’ve got to say—it was such a pleasant surprise! Right from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile that made me feel instantly welcome. The staff really knew their stuff, taking the time to chat with me and understand exactly what I needed, even though the jersey size I wanted was out of stock.

But what really made my day was Michelle. She was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure I left happy. I had a ton of questions and a few special requests, but she never once made me feel like I was a bother. Her warm, attentive attitude was a breath of fresh air—you just don’t find service like that very often anymore!

The whole team had such a great vibe, and you could tell they really care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m hoping Michelle’s there to help me out again! If you’re looking for top-notch service and people who truly care, the Autzen Store is where you want to go. Highly recommend!

Went in to return my husband's birthday gift that a friend bought him last week. My husband worked all weekend, we live 45 minutes away, so this was the first chance we got to get in. A heavier set older lady with highlights in her hair helped me. My husband went to the bathroom while I returned it.
I told her I was returning a gift my husband received for his birthday last week. She took the hoodie and hat out of the bag, and there was some stuff on the hoodie that looked chalky. I didn't know what it was, but it wiped right off with a rag she had. She said it was worn and had food on it. I assured her it was never worn. She was very passive-aggressive with me repeating that it had been worn when I kept telling her it'd literally been in the bag on my bedroom floor since he got it. She said, "Well, I am accepting the return..." She then said, "Someone partied in it all weekend and decided they didn't want it!" I again told her it wasn't ever worn and my husband is 50 and doesn't "party." She put the receipt down on the counter and said she returned to the original payment. I said, "what?, it was a gift. I thought he'd be able to exchange or buy something else?" She told me she said it'd be returned to the card (which isn't ours) in the beginning, which she NEVER did.
I asked if she could void the return, and she told me no. I told her I wish she would have informed me of that because now I just returned my husband's $100 birthday gift, and he can't get anything else.

By the end of the whole situation, I was in tears bawling in the doorway when my husband came out of the bathroom, and I told him what happened. I felt terrible that he lost his birthday gift. He said he went to the counter and told her he hoped she was happy with herself that I was in tears over how rude she was. She told him something like she didn't know what she did that was rude.
I still can't believe how rude and combative she was with me. I even told her I wasn't trying to pull one over on her or anything, I wasn't lying. She made me feel so bad, like I was doing something wrong. I don't understand why it went that way. I hope she learns from this does better next time. She really really hurt my feelings, and it normally takes a lot for me to get upset.

Walked into the store and was greeted promptly, was able to find the shirt I wanted with the help of the staff and was out within minutes. Couldn't ask for much better customer service, will happily buy something from them again.
